Scrambled eggs with bacon and asparagus

Ingredients:

Eggs
3
range free
bacon
1 Ounces
cut into pieces
Asparagus
6
Ghee
.5 Ounces
Salt
1 dash
Pepper
1 dash

Preparation mode:

1. Start with prepping the asparagus. Secure at each end and start bending them, at some point one end will snap, that woody part can be discarded because it’s very chewy and fibrous. Use that one as reference to chop all the asparagus to the same length discarding all the woody parts. Chop them to bite size pieces.
2. On a skillet add the ghee and the asparagus. Sauté for 5 minutes, constantly moving them around. Add the previously whisked eggs and with a spatula carefully move the eggs around creating ripples.
3. When the eggs are practically cooked add the chopped bacon and mix well. Add some seasoning now but keep in mind that the bacon is already pretty salty.
