Avocado Shake

Ingredients:

Avocado
1/2
Small
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 1/2 Cups
Stevia
4
Drops
Ice Cubes
4
(about 3 Oz)

Preparation mode:




  1. Add the Almond milk, and Stevia to theĀ blender
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and remove the flesh from the skin, add to the mixer
  3. Add in 4 ice cubes and Stevia
  4. Blend on the smoothie section of your blenderĀ or until the mixture is yogurt consistency
  5. Enjoy it!!!
