Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

Broccoli
2 Cups
Steamed
Cream Cheese
4 Ounces
softened
Water
2 Cups
Heavy whipping cream
1/4 Cups
Chicken Broth
1/2 Cups
Salt
1 Teaspoons
Cheddar Cheese
1 Cups
Pepper
to taste

Preparation mode:




1 – Steam the broccoli florets till tender. Mix 1/2 cup of the broccoli, all the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the water, and all the heavy cream in a blender until smooth.

2 – Pour this mixture into a pot or large saucepan. Add chicken broth, rest of broccoli, and rest of water and mix. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer.

3 – Once heated, add your cheddar cheese and mix until melted and completely blended. Add pepper to taste.
