Brussels Sprouts Casserole

Ingredients:

Brussels Sprouts
1 Pounds
Cut in half
Bacon
8
slices, grounded and cooked
Swiss cheese
1 1/2 Cups
Heavy Cream
1 Cups
Salt and pepper
Avocado oil
1 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

1. Preheat the oven to 400F

2. Grease the casserole with avocado oil and place the bacon.

3. In an oven-safe dish, toss the Brussels Sprouts, only 1 cup cheese and mix them.

4. Pour the heavy cream and top the casserole with the rest of the cheese.

5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until it looks light brown.

6. Wait about 15 minutes and serve.
