Carolina BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

apple cider vinegar
1/4 Cups
water
3 Tablespoons
So Nourished granular erythritol sweetener
1 1/2 Tablespoons
no sugar added ketchup
1 Tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Teaspoons
garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoons
onion powder
1/8 Teaspoons
paprika
1/8 Teaspoons
cayenne
1 pinch
Salt and Pepper
to taste
skin-on chicken thighs

whole mustard seeds
1 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

Instructions:

1. Combine the apple cider vinegar, water, erythritol, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender and pulse several times.
2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne then season with salt and pepper.
3. Blend until smooth and well combined then pour into a large bowl.
4. Add the chicken thighs and mustard seeds then toss until well coated and chill for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
6. Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet, spooning sauce over them if desired.
7. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
