Cauliflower Mac And Cheese

Ingredients:

Head Cauliflower
1
Butter
3 Tablespoons
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Cheddar Cheese
1 Cups
Heavy Cream
1/4 Cups
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cups

Preparation mode:

1. Melt 2 tbsp of butter, in a large bowl, toss together the cauliflower florets with the melted butter. Season with sea salt and black pepper.

2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment pepper. Arrange the cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for about 15 minutes until crisp-tender.

3. Heat the cheddar cheese, heavy cream, milk, and remaining tablespoon of butter in microwave, stir frequently. Heat until the cheese mixture is smooth.

4. Toss cauliflower with cheese sauce.
