Cheesy Chili Dip on cast iron skillet

Ingredients:

Ground Beef
1 Pounds
small onion, diced

clove garlic, minced

diced tomatoes
1 Cups
tomato sauce
1/2 Cups
chili powder
1 Teaspoons
salt

black pepper

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a cast iron skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned and no longer pink.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cheese over the top of the mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
