Crabmeat Avocado salad

Ingredients:

curly endive
2 Cups
fresh spinach
2 Cups
red leaf cabbage
2 Cups
crabmeat, fresh or canned
12 Ounces
Mustard Sauce
1 Tablespoons
Macadamia nuts
1/4 Cups
Avocado
2
Mint leaves
a few

Preparation mode:

Instructions:

1. Combine the endive, watercress, spinach, cabbage, macadamia nuts and mustard sauce in a large bowl.

2. Toss well. Add the crabmeat. Dig two spoons of each side of the avocados and cut them in cubes.
Divide onto 4 servings and place in the avocados.
