Egg Avo Breakfast

Ingredients:

Avocado
2
Egg
2
Mozzarella Cheese
4 Tablespoons
Bacon
6
thick
Salt
1/2 Teaspoons
Pepper
1/2 Teaspoons

Preparation mode:

1 – Boil eggs for 5 min.

2 – Open avocados, take out pits.

3 – Scoop out a little bit of the avocado to make space enough for a boiled egg to fit.

4 – Put the boiled egg in ice for a couple of minutes to make peeling the shell easier.

5 – Sprinkle the cheese on the avocado and then put peeled egg on top of the carved out space.

6 – Close the two halves of the avocado together and place it on a tray. Bake for 15min at 400 degrees.

7 – Fry the bacon and place strips on a plate with the leftover avocado you scooped out in step #3.

8 – Take the avocados out the oven and plate the meal. It can look like the last photo in the display below, or use your own creativity to plate another unique way.

FYI – This is a huge portion per person, but you can do it!!!
