Egg Ham And Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

Eggs

Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoons
Salt and Pepper
Butter
1 Tablespoons
Shredded Cheddar
1/3 Cups
Baby Spinach
1 Cups
Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cups
Slices Ham

Preparation mode:

1. Heat broiler, in a large bowl, crack eggs. Whisk together with garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.

2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters.

3. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add eggs and scramble, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in cheddar until melted, the stir in baby spinach and tomatoes until combined.

4. On a cutting board, place two slices of ham. Top with a big spoonful scrambled eggs and roll up. Repeat with remaining ham and scrambled eggs. Place roll-ups in a shallow baking dish and broil until ham is crispy.
