Fish curry

Ingredients:

Wild white fish
1 Pound
Coconut milk
12 Ounces
canned
Curry paste
1 Tablespoons
Carrot
1
shredded
Coconut oil
2 Tablespoons
Coriander
1/2 Cups
chopped
Salt
1
dash
Pepper
to taste

Preparation mode:

1. Put coconut milk and red curry paste in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring until combined.

2. Add carrots and wait 30 seconds, then add the fish and simmer an additional 4-5 minutes, or until fish is fully cooked. Season.

3. Serve with fresh cilantro.
