High Protein Keto Bites

Ingredients:

Ground Beef
1 Pounds
ground beef (or turkey
1 Pounds
grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 Cups
chopped fresh parsley (or basil)
1/4 Cups
egg
1
garlic powder
1 Teaspoons
salt
1/2 Teaspoons
black pepper
1/4 Teaspoons

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together until well combined, then shape the mixture into small, bite-size balls.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
Once done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
