Keto Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

Bacon fat or avocado coconut oil or macadamia nut oil
1 Tablespoons
Shallot Finely diced

Garlic Cloves, Finely diced
1 or 2
Tomato Paste Can

Easy-Peasy Mustard. Dijon Mustard, or Brown Mustard
1/4 Cups
Water or Chicken Bone Broth
1 1/2 Cups
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoons
Salt
2 Teaspoons
Chili Powder
1 Tablespoons
Salt
2 Teaspoons
Chili Powder
1 Tablespoons
Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tablespoons
Cumin
1/2 Teaspoons
Thyme
1/4 Teaspoons

Preparation mode:

1. Heat the fat in a sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add the shallot and garlic until the shallots are translucent.

2. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Purce in a blender or food processor until smooth.

4. Store in jar or covered container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
