Keto Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

Beef stew meat
2 Pounds
beef broth
1 Cups
almond flour
1/4 Cups
olive oil
2 Tablespoons
garlic
1 Tablespoons
minced
mushrooms
3 Cups
sliced
sour cream
8 Ounces
mustard
1 Tablespoons
salt
1
pinch
black pepper
1
pinch

Preparation mode:

1. Place the meat, flour and black pepper and salt into a ziplock bag. Shake until beef is mixed with flour.
2. Add olive oil to a sauce pan and brown the beef in for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for more 3 minutes and add the broth, close the lid and cook the beef for 60 minutes in low.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients and put to simmer for 25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
5. Adjust salt and pepper while still hot and serve.
