Keto Mini Cheesy Bread

Ingredients:

Almond Flour
1 Cups
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 Cups
cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons
butter, melted
2 Tablespoons
garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoons
salt
1/4 Teaspoons
black pepper
1/4 Teaspoons
egg
1
chopped fresh basil (optional)
1/4 Cups

Preparation mode:

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg, and basil (if using).
Form the dough into small, flattened rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the mini cheesy pieces of bread in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Let it cool for a minute, then serve and enjoy!
