Keto Pumpkin Protein Bars

Ingredients:

Whey protein powder
60 Grams
Pumpkin
1/4 Cups
Steamed
Cream cheese
1/4 Cups
Low fat
Egg
1
Pumpkin pie spice
3/4 Teaspoons

Preparation mode:

1 – Preheat oven to 350F.
2 – Grease a loaf pan or use a cooking spray to coat sides.
3 – Mash together pumpkin and cream cheese. Stir in protein powder until thoroughly combined. Add egg and mix until the dough becomes more like a pancake batter.
4 – Pour into your greased/silicon pan and bake for 20min
