Keto Sautéed Squash

Ingredients:

Summer Yellow Squash
1/2
Zuchinni
1
Butter
1/10 Cups
unsalted
Onion
1/4

Preparation mode:

1. Melt all the butter in a skillet.
2. Add onion and cook just till tender.
3. Add squash and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring until squash begins to soften.
4. Cover and continue cooking over low heat until nice and tender (about 20-25 minutes).
5. Don’t forget to add lots of salt and pepper.
