Lamb Burgers

Ingredients:
Medium red onion, sliced
1/2
Minced Lean lamb
1 Pounds
Lean Ground Beef
1 Pounds
Raw aged sharp cheddar
2 Ounces
Sea salt
1/2 Teaspoons
Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons
Smooth Paprika
1/4 Teaspoons
Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoons
Coconut Oil
1/2 Teaspoons
Lettuce
Preparation mode:
1. Place the onion in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until they finely chopped.
2. Transfer the onion to a large mixing bowl and add the lamb, ground beef, cheese and spices, using your hands to combine all the ingredients. Form 8 patties.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes, or until firm.
4. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt the coconut oil. Fry the burgers to 7 to 8 minutes per side, or until firm to touch and nicely browned.
