Peppermint Patties

Ingredients:

+ 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 Cups
Coconut Cream
1 Tablespoons
Liquid Stevia
1/2 Teaspoons
Peppermint Extract
1 Teaspoons
Unsweetened Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cups

Preparation mode:

1. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of the coconut oil, the coconut cream, stevia, and peppermint extract.

2. Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper and form into 10 flattened patties.

3. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow harden.

4. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and the remaining 2 tablespoons coconut oil together. Using a fork, dip the frozen peppermint patties into the chocolate mixture and place back on the parchment paper.

5. Place back in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened, about 10 minutes.
