Three Cheese Queso Dip

Ingredients:

Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cups
Grass-Fed Butter (Softened)
2 Tablespoons
Full Fat Cheddar Cheese (shredder)
1 Cups
Full Fat Mozzarella Cheese (shredder)
1/2 Cups
Full Fat Gruyere Cheese (thinly sliced)
1/2 Cups
Chili Peppers (chopped)
1/2 Cups
Cumin (Ground)
1/2 Teaspoons
Cilantro (dried)
1/2 Teaspoons
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoons
Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoons
Jalapeno (Chopped and Seeded)

Preparation mode:

1. Preheat the Instant Pot by turning on Saute Mode.

2. Add the heavy whipping cream to the Instant Pot, then add in butter, cheddar, mozzarella, Gruyere, chili peppers, cumin, cilantro, black pepper, salt, and jalapeno.

3. Stir continuously, until cheese is melted and smooth. For smoother sauce, briefly blend using an immersion blender.

4. Press Cancel and pour the dip into a storage container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
