Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients:

Dried Sage
2 Teaspoons
Sea Salt
2 Teaspoons
Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoons
Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Teaspoons
Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoons
Ground Turkey
1 Pounds
Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

1. Using your hand, mix all of the spices into the ground turkey.

2. In a medium to large skillet over medium heat, add the avocado oil.

3. Form the meat into 6 to 8 round, flat patties and carefully place them into the hot skillet with a spatula.

4. Cook each patty for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
