Tahini Lemon Dressing

Ingredients:

  • Tahini
    1/2 Cups
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons
  • Sea Salt
    1 Teaspoons
  • Dijon Mustard
    1 Teaspoons
  • Water
    1/2 Cups

Preparation mode:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the water.

2. Gradually stir in the water until the dressing reaches its desired consistency.
