Instructions:
1. Combine the endive, watercress, spinach, cabbage, macadamia nuts and mustard sauce in a large bowl.
2. Toss well. Add the crabmeat. Dig two spoons of each side of the avocados and cut them in cubes. Divide onto 4 servings and place in the avocados.
